1) Descrizione del Programma: la campagna "Porta un amico" (di seguito, il “Programma”) è un programma che FREENOW offre a tutti i tassisti registrati sulla sua piattaforma a Bologna (di seguito, “Tassista A”) attraverso il quale il Tassista A può ottenere 3 mesi di 0% di commissione per ogni Tassista B consigliato, fino a max. 4 Tassisti B, e il nuovo entrato (di seguito, “Tassista B”) può ottenere 6 mesi di 0% di commissione.

2) Società organizzatrice: MYTAXI ITALIA, SRL, Via Privata del Gonfalone 2, 20123 Milano (di seguito "FREENOW") organizza il Programma secondo le condizioni stabilite nei presenti Termini e Condizioni.

3) Termine di partecipazione e ambito geografico: dal 11 luglio 2024 al 20 dicembre 2024. FREENOW si riserva il diritto di interrompere il Programma in qualsiasi momento con effetto immediato. L'esercizio di tale diritto non pregiudica i benefici precedentemente concessi.

Il Programma sarà disponibile a Bologna.

4) Requisiti e meccaniche di partecipazione: Per partecipare al Programma, il Tassista A deve completare almeno 15 (quindici) corse al mese e segnalare un nuovo tassista (Tassista B) compilando un modulo fornito tramite App/e-mail fino al 20 dicembre 2024.

Il Tassista A dovrà essere registrato nell'app FREENOW per tutta la durata del Programma.

Il Tassista B deve registrarsi sull'app FREENOW per tassisti e seguire il processo di registrazione descritto via e-mail dopo essere stato indirizzato dal Tassista A.

Il Tassista A può suggerire fino a max. 4 tassisti (Tassista B).

Il Tassista B può diventare Tassista A e avere gli stessi diritti nel segnalare altri tassisti, ad eccezione del numero di conducenti segnalati, max. 2.

5) Incentivo e requisiti per ottenerlo: il Tassista A otterrà una commissione dello 0% per 3 (tre) mesi per ciascun Tassista B segnalato.

Il Tassista B otterrà una commissione dello 0% per 6 mesi e una commissione dello 0% per 3 (tre) mesi per ciascun Tassista segnalato.

6) Cancellazione del Programma: il Tassista può annullare la propria iscrizione al Programma in qualsiasi momento tramite la FREENOW App per tassisti. La cancellazione da parte di un tassista (A o B) annullerà automaticamente l'abbonamento dell'altro tassista.

7) Protezione dei dati personali: il trattamento dei dati personali nell'ambito del presente Programma sarà regolato in conformità alla nostra Informativa sulla privacy (https://www.free-now.com/it/informativa-sul-trattamento-dei-dati-personali/). I dati personali dei tassisti saranno trattati in conformità con le norme vigenti in materia di protezione dei dati. Accettando questi termini e condizioni, il tassista accetta anche che FREENOW possa contattarlo/la per l'esecuzione del Programma.

8) Accettazione dei termini e condizioni: I presenti Termini e Condizioni sono accettati dal Tassista A al momento della compilazione del modulo di cui all'articolo 4 e dal Tassista B al momento della registrazione.

FREENOW si riserva il diritto di modificare queste regole, parzialmente o totalmente, in qualsiasi momento. Si riserva inoltre il diritto di annullarle se viene rilevata una qualsiasi irregolarità.

9) Legge applicabile e giurisdizione: I presenti Termini e Condizioni sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Qualsiasi controversia derivante in relazione ai Termini e Condizioni sarà sottoposta alla giurisdizione del Foro di Milano.

1) Description of the Program: the campaign "Bring your friend" (hereinafter, the "Program") is a program that FREENOW offers to all taxi drivers registered on its platform in Bologna (hereinafter, “Driver A”) through which Driver A can obtain 3 months of 0% commission for each Driver B referred, up to max. 4 Drivers B , and the new joiner (hereinafter, “Driver B”) can obtain 6 months of 0% commission.

2) Organising company: MYTAXI ITALIA, SRL.,Via Privata del Gonfalone 2, 20123 Milano (hereinafter referred to as "FREENOW") organises the Program in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

3) Deadline for participation and geographical scope: from 11th July 2024 until 20 December 2024. FREENOW reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time with immediate effect. The exercise of this right does not affect the benefits previously granted.

The Program will be available in Bologna.

4) Requirements and Mechanics of participation: In order to participate in the Program, Driver A needs to , complete at least 15 (fifteen) tours per month and refer a new taxi driver (Driver B) by filling in a form provided via App/email until 20 December 2024.

Driver A must be registered in the FREENOW app at the whole time of duration of the Program.

Driver B has to register in the FREENOW App for drivers and follow the registration process described via email after being referred by Driver A.

Driver A can refer up to max. 4 drivers (Driver B).

Driver B can become driver A and have the same referral rights, exception for the number of referred drivers, max. 2.

5) Incentive and requirements to obtain it: Driver A will obtain a 0% commission for 3 (three) months for each Driver B referred.

Driver B will obtain a 0% commission for 6 months and 0% commission for 3 (three)_ months for each Driver referred.

6) Cancellation of the Program: the driver can cancel its subscription to the Program at any time through the FREENOW App. The cancellation by one Driver (A or B) will automatically cancel the subscription of the other driver.

7) Protection of Personal Data: The processing of personal data within the framework of this Program will be regulated in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.free-now.com/it/informativa-sul-trattamento-dei-dati-personali/).Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. With accepting these terms and conditions you are also accepting that FREENOW can contact you for the performance of the referral campaign.

8) Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions shall be accepted by Driver A when filling in the form referred to in article 4 and by Driver B on the registration process.

FREENOW reserves the right to modify these rules, partially or totally at any time. It also reserves the right to cancel it if any irregularity is detected.

9) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan.
