How it works
1. Prebook your trip with confidence to one of these 5 airports, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, or London City.
2. Relax while we find your driver.
What happens if your taxi is late?
If you're picked up over 10 minutes late you'll get two £15 vouchers. If your trip is cancelled for technical reasons, you’ll get two £30 vouchers to use on your next FREENOW Taxi trip.
We’ll automatically add any vouchers to your FREENOW account, hassle-free.
