Enter your trip info

Let us know when and where to pick you up and where you’re going. You can prebook a trip up to 90 days in advance.


Review and confirm

Double-check your trip info, make changes if needed, and then confirm your prebook.

That’s it! To find a recap of your prebook, tap on the ‘Bookings’ button on the home screen.


Meet your driver

Get ready to meet your driver at the scheduled pickup time. If they arrive early, they’ll wait for you. Have a safe trip!


How do I change my prebook?

You can now update the date, time, pick-up and drop-off of your prebook, provided a driver hasn't been assigned yet.


Why haven’t I received my driver’s details yet?

We’ll start searching for a driver as the pickup time approaches. We’ll send you their details as soon as we’ve assigned you a driver.


How much does it cost to prebook a trip?

When you prebook a trip, we may apply a specific fee to ensure quality service. You can see a breakdown of the price by tapping on your selected mode of transport before prebooking.


Can I cancel my prebook?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 60 minutes before the scheduled time.

However, a cancellation fee of £10 will be applicable if you cancel within 60 minutes of the scheduled time.
