Introducing the FREENOW passenger rating system

For a while now, passengers have been able to rate their driver on the FREENOW app. This has enabled passengers to show their appreciation for the high quality drivers that get them from A to B, it has also helped us to make sure that this service quality remains high and the passenger experience is a good one.

We believe that is only fair that reviews should work both ways, that is why we are introducing a passenger rating system within the app. This will enable drivers to rate great passengers and easily inform us of any issues. By introducing this feature, we are hoping to make the FREENOW experience for both parties a really positive one.

 

The star rating runs from 1 to 5 with 5 being the top score, drivers will base the rating on courtesy and behaviour. In order to avoid a low rating, passengers should avoid cancelling requests where possible, being ready to go when the driver arrives and treating drivers with the respect they would expect themselves.

 

FREENOW is about the freedom of movement - for passengers, we want to enable you to sit back and let us take care of getting from A to B and we want drivers using the app to be confident that we have their back too. FREENOW is about taking the stress out of urban travel. By using the app, passengers and drivers can be sure that they can travel around the city in a safe, comfortable and stress free way.
