WIN A CASH PRIZE IN OUR HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY

1) Promoter: FREENOW UK LIMITED, 47-51 Great Suffolk St, London SE1 0BS (hereinafter, "FREENOW") is the promoter of this competition (hereinafter the “Competition") which is to be run in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Competition entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2) Deadline to Participate and Geographic Scope: The Competition will run from 4th December to the 24th December 2023. The Competition will be available to drivers currently using FREENOW in London, Brighton, Manchester and Edinburgh. 

5) Mechanics of the Competition:

London:

In order to participate in the competition, a driver must complete 10 trips with FREENOW during the contesting period and enter their name to the draw through the google form provided in FREENOW communication. Entry will open and close weekly as per the dates and times shown on the Google form. The Google form will be supplied in the FREENOW Driver App newsfeed and shared via email. Every 5x completed trips count as another entry into the competition. Following the close of the Competition, FREENOW will randomly select up to 5 winners from amongst the entries received in respect of the Competition, such random selection to be carried out by a FREENOW employee no later than Monday the following week. The number of winners to be selected, and the prizes available, is set out in section 3 below. 
Manchester, Brighton & Edinburgh:
In order to participate in the competition, a driver must complete 5 trips with FREENOW during the contesting period and enter their name to the draw through the google form provided in FREENOW communication. Entry will open and close weekly as per the dates and times shown on the Google form. The Google form will be supplied in the FREENOW Driver App newsfeed and shared via email. Every 5x completed trips count as another entry into the competition. Following the close of the Competition, FREENOW will randomly select up to 3 winners from amongst the entries received in respect of the Competition, such random selection to be carried out by a FREENOW employee no later than Monday the following week. The number of winners to be selected, and the prizes available, is set out in section 3 below. 

3) Prizes: The Prize available to be won by entrants of the Competition will be:

London:

• £1000 cash prize.

There will be up to 5 winners (as stated in the weekly communication). This prize is being made available at the sole discretion of FREENOW.

Manchester, Brighton & Edinburgh:

• £500 cash prize.

There will be up to 3 winners in total, 1 winner from each of the following regions: Edinburgh, Manchester and Brighton (as stated in the weekly communication). This prize is being made available at the sole discretion of FREENOW.

4) Requirements for Participation: Each entrant must be 18 or over, be acting on their own personal behalf and have a current, active driver account with FREENOW. Drivers must have completed minimum of 5x trips during the contesting period.

5) Delivery of Prizes and Requirements for Use: The winner will be informed via phone call/SMS/Email to the contact details they use for their FREENOW driver account. The cash prize will be added into their next pay run. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold or exchanged. If the winners’ participation is not possible for legal or factual reasons or should the winners fail to respond to notification of their win within 2 working days, their entitlement to the prize shall expire and a substitute winner will be selected at random. 

7) Protection of Personal Data: As part of a drivers participation in the Competition, FREENOW will process a drivers’ personal data in order to facilitate participation, select a winner and deliver the prize to a successful entrant. Drivers personal data being processed for these purposes will include each drivers name, email address and phone number, all of which will have been previously collected and processed by FREENOW as part of the drivers use of FREENOW’s app. FREENOW needs to process this personal data in order to allow your participation in the Competition (the legal basis for this processing is Art. 6.1(b) GDPR - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you). Your personal data will only continue to be processed for this purpose for as long as such Competition runs.

7) Acceptance of these Terms: Participation in the Competition represents a drivers acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. FREENOW reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. FREENOW also reserves the right to terminate the Competitions in full at any stage and for any reason, including but not limited to exceptional circumstances outside of its control. FREENOW also reserves the right to refuse to pay any prize to any winner in the event that it identifies any irregularities in that winner’s participation, including but not limited to fraud or technical interference with the FREENOW app or the Competition. Abusive or fraudulent activities by any entrant will lead to the immediate termination of the Competition for that entrant. 

8) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The  courts of England shall have sole jurisdiction to hear, determine and settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
