Drivers picking up at Heathrow airport must use the short stay car park at each terminal as passengers are directed there through the app.
We will take care of the cost of parking for up to 30 minutes (£4.50). Please make sure your passenger arrives within that time before entering the car park.
This will ensure a smoother pick-up process for both you and your passengers, while also saving you time trying to locate them.

Please see below for the walking directions provided in the passenger app.
The passenger will meet you in front of Row B on Level 2 of the car park.
The passenger will meet you in the pick up area on Level 1 of the car park (far left when you enter Level 1).
The passenger will meet you on the east side of Level 1 in the car park.
The passenger will meet you in front of Row F on Level 2 of the car park.
