Once you’ve completed enough trips, you’ll immediately level up and enjoy the benefits of your new status for the rest of the month.
For example, if you hit Gold on 25th October, you’ll have Gold status until 30th November. At the start of each month, your points reset.

No sign-up needed! As a driver, you’re already part of FREENOW Loyalty. Your trips are automatically tracked, and your status will update as soon as you’ve hit the required number of trips.

Drivers with higher loyalty status get to choose from prebook job offers first — a major advantage, especially for jobs like airport trips. Prebook jobs can earn you up to 45% more than standard jobs.

Gold Boost is your fast pass to stay in Gold status. Here’s how it works:
- Unlock Gold Boost: Keep your Gold status for 4 weeks straight to unlock the boost.
- Return to Gold: If you lose Gold, use the Gold Boost to get back to Gold immediately. You can use your Gold Boost whenever you like.
- Unlock Again: After using the Gold Boost, keep your Gold status for another 4 weeks to unlock it again.
