2. Relax while we find your driver.

What happens if we’re late?

If your driver is over 10 minutes late, we’ll automatically add two £15 vouchers to your FREENOW account. If your trip is cancelled for technical reasons, we’ll add two £30 vouchers.

Vouchers can be used within one month on taxi trips.
