Translation Coordinator (f/m/d)

We are growing our copy team – and as an important part of that, we are seeking for someone who will improve and run our translation processes for Product and Marketing copy. FREE NOW is currently localised in nine countries and seven languages (DE, AT, ES, GB, IE, PL, IT, SE), and we are constantly expanding our business, so other languages might be coming our way.

Your tasks:

Make a difference for our communication by creating a seamless translation experience that reliably delivers excellent results. You will work directly on FREE NOW most important products, from the mobile apps to b2b and internal tools, and make sure that we communicate the right things at the right time. You will also support our marketing teams in delivering the best possible messaging, working directly with our local country managers. And you can help us  evolve our culture and processes in an environment that values and understands good copy.

Your profile:

• You possess excellent communication skills and have experience working with linguists, guiding them to find the right expression for our brand and products.
• You have a great eye for detail, but you are also enjoying the feeling of control over a multitude of projects unfolding at the same time, keeping chaos at bay and bringing projects to a close with ease.
• English, our main language, comes naturally to you, and you are additionally comfortable with one or more of the other languages spoken in our target markets.
• You feel energised knowing that each day you will work with a rich mix of cultures and across disciplines and teams. And you channel that energy into raising our expectations for good communication to that next level. Experience with PhraseApp (our tool for translations) is a plus.
