Compliance Intern (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a highly motivated and committed intern (m/f/d) to join our Compliance team in our Headquarter in Hamburg.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Helping to ensure the Group's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Observing and analyzing the current and ongoing developments in the regulatory environment
- Performing ad hoc analysis and research on compliance topics
- Assisting with compliance training
- Drafting policies and procedures
- Inspecting documentation provided by third parties
- Collecting data to enable a compliance risk assessment
Your Profile:
Basic qualifications:
- You have finished or close to finish your first study in law or business administration, and preferably gathered professional experience in a legal and/or compliance department
- You have theoretical and/or practical knowledge in risk and compliance
- Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks
- Team player and able to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, deliver against tight timelines and analyze data in a clear and structured manner
- Strong attention to details and ability to manage priorities
Skills
- Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English
- Proficiency in German is a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel
