Product A/B Testing and Experiment Process Manager (m/f/d)

FREE NOW is looking for an A/B Testing and Online Experimentation Manager to work inside Data department with internal and external teams on enhancing and executing their experiments which are supposed to cover drastically different areas of business. This role requires a person who can initiate, build and manage the A/B testing process as well as work closely with multiple stakeholders in product and development teams. Deep knowledge of running  frontend (Mobile and web) and server-side / backend (services) experiments combined with expertise in digital marketing, user experience, analytics and a strong focus on project management are needed to be successful.

You will be the primary point of contact for Online Experimentation (A/B and any other) inside FREE NOW and collaborate across many areas of our business, including Product Design, UX Research, Engineering, Advanced Analytics, Client Engagement and Business Development.

Your role:

• Establishing the process for large scale experimentation within FREE NOW
• Managing parallel execution of experiments across various departments, avoiding overlap and preserving analytical value of the received results
• Measurement, statistical and business impact analysis for performed experiments
• Effectively balance statistical rigor and business judgment
• Evaluate test results with a deep understanding of business fundamentals and product implications, making well-reasoned trade-off decisions and structure tests to optimize for efficacy and time to insight.
• Taking initiatives to conduct experiments validating data hypothesis and communicating finding and business impacts to product and business owners.
• Coordinate with Analytics on hypothesis generation and validation, as well as the setting KPI goals for experiments

Tools & Methodologies you used:

• Tools for frontend/backend testing (like Google Optimize, Optimizely, MixPanel… etc) and other tools for setting/validating/controlling experiments
• Roadmap and project management tools for ongoing and sequential experiments 
• Performed A/B/n tests, Multivariate and Multi-Page Experiments
• Performed server side experiments using adaptive experimentation methods (such as bandit optimization and reinforcement learning)

Your Profile:

• Experience in implementing experimentation frameworks which define company wide processes and adjusting them to a different business areas
• Experience working in a data driven analytics environment & knowledge of SQL
• You bring understanding on how to engage, influence and negotiate with decision makers and your stakeholders, encourage them to follow established processes and provide required training
• You are results & data driven and you don’t get attached to your hypotheses.
• You have experience in creating A/B Testing roadmaps and assessing the fit of a particular test to the applied strategy by hypothesis validation
• Preferably technology background with solid business knowledge.
