Assistant to Group CEO (m/f/d)

The Assistant to CEO of Group FreeNow is a fast-paced, highly varied role working internationally support the Group CEO & Senior Management Team. 

 It will involve taking on significant responsibility from your very first day and helping the senior leadership to shape the direction & development of Group FreeNow and it’s associated vertical brands operating across Europe and the Americas.

No two days will be the same, you’ll be exposed to a key decision making at group, vertical, corporate development and shareholder levels.

Your principal activity will be to own project tracking, analysis & communication decks/tools supporting the leaderships engagement with investors, ad-hoc deep dives into important tactical fixes and strategic reviews. 

• Manage & support key projects on group level
• Close collaboration on various topics with Group Senior Management Team and Corporate Development
• Support and deep dive in ad hoc hot topics (firefighting)
• Support in shareholder communication towards Daimler and BMW (preparation of Board Meetings, ad hoc requests, etc.)
• Support in NOW Group CEO Board (run cross vertical initiatives, prepare meetings/topics for the NOW Group) 

About you:

• Open communicator able to establish rapport quickly and develop trust with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication skills and ability to ensure information flow in complex environments
• Highly structured, able to break down complex topics and activities into clear actionable tasks and track their execution
• Specific experience in running a PMO (or similar) 
• Highly analytical, able to extract & validate meaning from often complex and unfamiliar data sets and provide a clear and accurate insights 
• Specifically comfortable developing/running financial modelling
• A natural planner able to organising yourself (and others), while working on various (and often competing) topics in parallel as well as adapt to rapid change
• Ability to see the big picture but also to deep dive
• Expert in the use of presentation tools, able to independently built slides (and other presentation tools) with concise and engaging narratives supported by accurate data to an exceptional standard of aesthetic impact 
• Must have experience in running multiple annual planning cycles with a focus on commercial or operational performance 
• 2-3 years experience working directly with executive leadership teams providing project, commercial or analytical updates/insights
• Proven experience working across cultures with international teams 
• Full business fluency in written and spoken English (further languages a plus)
