In 4 easy steps!
1. Sign up here. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
2. Pick up your new TAXI light (more info on that in the confirmation email).
3. Make an appointment to get the advertising applied by an authorized company in your city that cooperates with FREENOW.
4.Send photos of the advertising and the lamp to us so we can verify them.

1. Have the mandatory city markers
You must have all the items required by local regulations, such as current taxi fare list, side number etc.
2. Take part in inspections
We regularly verify the on-car's advertising by requesting photos. You will receive a request for verification of the on-car advertising from us in a separate message.

3. Keep a minimum 4.8 rating
Your star rating can’t fall below 4.8 and your car must always be clean, inside and outside.
4. No advertising of other companies
You must only have FREENOW on-car advertising on the inside and outside of your car.
5. No trips with damaged advertising
If the advertising is damaged, you need to let us know asap and you mustn't do any trips until it’s fixed. We’ll give you a referral for the repair and we might also be able to cover the cost (this is done on a case-by-case basis).
6. Have the correct FREENOW light
You must only have the TAXI light with the FREENOW logo and you must have it on your car whenever you’re doing trips. The light must be issued from your local FREENOW office, or must be shipped directly to you, the advertising application company or to your Fleet Partner.
7. Inform us of advertising removal
Always let us know if you’re intending to remove your on-car advertising. If you don't inform us, you’ll lose the benefits, like priority on job offers, and the opportunity to re-apply.
8. Return the light correctly
If you choose to remove your on-car advertising you must also return the FREENOW light. To get the full deposit back, you must do so within 5 business days of the advertising being removed. Sign up for a taxi light return via the form.

With a higher loyalty status, you’ll see prebook jobs before drivers with a lower status. Getting a first look at these offers lets you choose the jobs that suit you best — before anyone else.*
Unlock gold boost
Once you hit Gold status, you unlock a Gold boost. This lets you keep your Gold status for the next cycle, or save it for later. If you lose your Gold status, you can use your Gold boost to return to Gold instantly.
Call Me Back
Gold drivers can access the exclusive Call Me Back feature. When you need support, you can request a call from our team via the Driver Help Bot, saving you time and hassle.
Priority points
Get a higher Priority score so you can get day-to-day job offers ahead of other drivers.
