It couldn’t be easier to keep an eye on your status in the app and how close you are to reaching the next one:• Simply swipe up from the bottom of your home screen

• Open the main menu (☰) and tap on ‘FREENOW Loyalty’

For every trip you complete you collect 10 points (+2 with on-car advertising).
Once you collect enough points to reach a new status, that status comes into effect immediately and you can start enjoying the benefits right away. You’ll keep that status until the end of the next month.
For example: You collect enough points to reach Gold status on 25th October, you’ll immediately enjoy Gold status until 30th November. At the start of each month your points refresh.

Some tips on how to collect more points and reach Gold:


1. Keep an eye out for event notifications in the app. We’ll let you know if something’s happening in your city where you can expect more work.

2. During off-peak hours, increase your pickup radius so you don’t miss out on any jobs.

3. Ask your street-hail passengers if they want to use the ‘Pay with FREENOW’ option so those trips are logged in the app, and you get your points

Nope. As a driver completing trips in the FREENOW app, you’re already part of FREENOW Loyalty. Your points are calculated instantly and you’ll automatically go up a status when you have enough points.
