2. Tell us where you're going
3. Choose time & date
4. Select a way to travel, then tap 'Prebook'
Done! You can save it to your calendar or edit details in the app.
If you already started booking, tap 'Later' to prebook instead.

OUR AIRPORT PREBOOK PROMISE
Your time is precious, and we get it. So trips to the airport are covered by our Airport Prebook Promise. That means if we let you down, we won’t just apologise. We’ll give you up to €50 in vouchers to say sorry.
How it works
1. Prebook your trip with confidence to one of these 4 airports, Dublin Cork, Shannon or Knock.
2. Relax while we find you a driver and make sure they pick you up on time.
What happens if we’re late?
It doesn’t happen often, but if you’re picked up over 10 minutes late you’ll get a €15 voucher. If your trip is cancelled for technical reasons, you’ll get two €25 vouchers to use with FREENOW.
We’ll automatically add any vouchers to your FREENOW account, hassle-free.

Yes, we’ll let you know when your driver is on their way and when they arrive to the pickup location.

Open your app and check your prebooked trips. You can edit the time and pickup location.
