Our airport prebook promise
Your time is precious, and we get it. So trips to the airport are covered by our Airport Prebook Promise. That means if we let you down, we won’t just apologise. We’ll give you up to €50 in vouchers to say sorry.
How it works
1. Prebook your trip with confidence to one of these 4 airports, Dublin Cork, Shannon or Knock.
2. Relax while we find you a driver and make sure they pick you up on time.
What happens if we’re late?
It doesn’t happen often, but if you’re picked up over 10 minutes late you’ll get a €15 voucher. If your trip is cancelled for technical reasons, you’ll get two €25 vouchers to use with FREENOW.
We’ll automatically add any vouchers to your FREENOW account, hassle-free.
