So you've got a Promo Code – great!

What next? You must add the code to your account and book your next trip.

There are two kinds of Promo Codes:

• Promo Codes for existing users (these can be unique codes or a specific name like FREENOW10)
• Promo Codes for first-time users

What's the difference?

• A Promo Code for existing users is one for someone who's used FREE NOW before and has maybe taken a few trips with us already.
• A first-time user Promo Code is for someone who's brand new to FREE NOW and has never taken a trip with us.

Existing Users - How to add a Promo Code

1. Open the FREE NOW App
2. Tap the Profile icon in the top right hand corner of the map
3. Tap Add Promo Code
4. Enter your Promo Code, then tap Save

The discount will apply to the next journey you take, when you pay your fare by card. Please take note of the expiry date and make sure to use your Promo Code before it runs out!

First-time Users - How to add a Promo Code

1. Open the FREE NOW App
2. Register your profile
3. Add a Credit/Debit card (you must have a card on your account to use Promo Codes)
4. Tap the Profile icon in the top right hand corner of the map
5. Tap Add Promo Code
6. Enter your Promo Code, then tap Save

The discount will apply to the next journey you take, when you pay your fare by card. Please take note of the expiry date and make sure to use your Promo Code before it runs out!

Promo code not working? Here are some reasons why this could be:

• The voucher date has expired
• You paid for your trip using cash, vouchers can only be applied to payments made through the app
• You entered the code incorrectly and it, therefore, did not register within the app
• You have a business account. Promo codes cannot be redeemed against business account trips
• You are on an older app version. Please update your app to the latest version to ensure smooth running of your app as this can sometimes be an issue when adding Promo Codes

Terms
FREE NOW may, in FREE NOW's sole discretion, create promotions and corresponding promotional codes that may be redeemed for credit, or other features or benefits related from time to time to any of the FREE NOW services and/or to services provided by a third party, subject to any additional terms that FREE NOW establishes on a per promotional code basis (“Promo Codes”). You agree that Promo Codes: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public form or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by FREE NOW; (iii) may be disabled by FREE NOW at any time for any reason without liability to FREE NOW; (iv) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that FREE NOW establishes for such Promo Codes; (v) have no cash alternative; and (vi) may expire prior to your use. FREE NOW reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Promo Codes by you or any other user in the event that FREE NOW determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or these Terms. 

If fare total exceeds offer value, your chosen payment method will be charged. No refunds will be made for fares below offer value.
