Reaching out to Driver Care via the WebForm:

1. Visit the WebForm here.
2. Type your email address
3. Select Ireland as your Country
4. Choose the Service Type - Ride Hailing Taxi > Driver
5. Select your reason of contact from the list
6. Add your Driver Public ID/Freenow ID which you can find in the profile section of your driver app
7. Include any relevant details or attachments in the Description Box
8. Press 'Submit'
