WHAT’S FREENOW LOYALTY?

For every trip you complete, you collect 10 points. The more points you collect in a month, the higher your status for the following month. And the higher the status, the better the rewards.

At the start of each month your points refresh.

There are 3 statuses

Bronze, Silver, and Gold

    Bronze

    Galway: from 850 up to 1899 points in a month

    Kildare & Dublin: from 700 up to 1499 points in a month

    Cork: from 800 up to 1699 points in a month

    Limerick: from 500 up to 899 points in a month

    Waterford: from 400 up to 799 points in a month

    Galway: from 1900 up to 2999 points in a month

    Kildare & Dublin: from 1500 up to 2799 points in a month

    Cork: from 1700 up 2999 to points in a month

    Limerick: from 900 up to 1899 points in a month

    Waterford: from 800 up to 2099 points in a month

    Galway: +3000 points in a month

    Kildare & Dublin: +2800 points in a month

    Cork: +3000 points in a month

    Limerick: +1900 points in a month

WHAT ARE THE REWARDS?

PREBOOK PREFERENCE

With a higher loyalty status, you see prebook jobs before drivers with a lower status. Getting a first look at these offers allows you to choose the jobs that suit you, before anyone else.

OFFERS PRIORITY

The higher status, the higher the priority you get over job offers and the more work comes your way! Gold drivers have top priority, followed by Silver, then Bronze.

IT PAYS TO GO FOR GOLD


Bigger & better offers = Bigger & better earnings.

Prebook jobs are worth 45% more per trip on average. And thanks to prebook preference, Gold drivers typically do 3x more of them compared to other drivers. Plus, offers priority means you’re first in line for other day-to-day jobs, giving you even more choice and even more work. All this makes it easier to keep your Gold status too.

UNLOCK GOLD BOOST

Once you achieve Gold status, you’ll earn a Gold boost.

USE IT OR SAVE IT

Gold boost lets you keep your Gold status for the next cycle or you can save it and claim it in the future.

RETURN TO GOLD

If you lose your Gold status at any point you can claim your Gold boost to return to Gold.

ON-CAR ADVERTISING = FASTER REWARDS

Sign up to have our on-car advertising and you’ll collect 4 extra points for every trip you complete. That way, you reach a higher status sooner and unlock rewards faster and easier.
