How it works

1. Prebook your trip with confidence to one of these 4 airports: Dublin Cork, Shannon or Knock.

2. Relax while we find you a driver and make sure they pick you up on time.

What happens if we’re late?

To make it right, we’ll automatically add vouchers to your FREENOW account.

- If you’re picked up over 10 minutes late, you’ll get a €15 voucher.

- If your trip is cancelled for technical reasons, you’ll get two €25 vouchers.

Vouchers can be used on taxi trips within one month.
