Pick up points
Terminal 1
- Leave Arrivals.
- Cross the road under the covered walkway towards the next building.
- Follow the signs for Zones 5 - 18.
- Walk through the building.
- Exit the building and walk across all 4 zebra crossings until you reach the Zone 16 covered walkway.
- Turn right and continue to follow the signs for zone 17 - 18.
- Please check your booking for the taxi roof sign number to identify your driver. You can also call them.

Terminal 2
- Leave Arrivals and walk towards the sign for Car Park and Buses.
- Continue through the glass tunnel bridge at Arrivals.
- Follow the sign for Coach Park and Buses to City Centre.
- Take a left after Zone 1-18 car park sign.
- Go down one level (to G) via lift or escalator.
- Cross the road at the zebra crossing.
- Continue under the covered walkway and take the first right towards Zone 18 car park
- Please check your booking for the taxi roof sign number to identify your driver. You can also call them.

Where is the Freenow pickup point at Dublin Airport?
Both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 pick up at Zone 18 car park. Full walking directions for your terminal are above, or tap "Show directions" in the app once you've landed, or option 3 signage at the airport.
How do I book a Freenow taxi from the airport?
Open the app, select Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 as your pickup point, and book. Follow the direction to zone 18 through the in-app walking directions and your driver's roof-sign number so you can spot them easily.
How will I know which car is mine?
Check your booking for the taxi roof-sign number, you can also call or message your driver directly through the app if you can't find them.
Is there space for luggage?
Yes, standard Freenow taxis take luggage for up to 4 passengers. If you're travelling with extra bags, sports equipment or need a bigger vehicle then XL is a better option.
Can I book a Freenow taxi in advance for my departure from Dublin Airport?
Yes, use Freenow's prebooking feature to schedule a pickup ahead of time for your outbound trip, so a driver's ready when you need to head to the airport.
