Safety is key

  • Be attentive: watch out for large vehicles, don’t get in blind spots and always stay focused and aware of your surroundings, the traffic and pedestrians.
  • ALWAYS wear a helmet.
  • Obey local traffic laws and use bike lanes where possible.
  • Don’t drink and ride.

Park mode ON

If you need to make a stop, open your app and tap ‘Park’. When you’re ready to go again just tap ‘Continue rent’. Take your time though! When in park mode, reduced rates are applied.

If you rent an eBike with an additional manual lock — put the lock through the hole on the right side of the back wheel before turning on the park mode in the app. When you're ready to continue, pull the lock out of the right side of the rear wheel, and place it in the holder on top of the rear wheel.

Mandatory parking zones

Mandatory parking zones are designated in blue on your map. Before starting your trip, check if there’s one close to your destination.

Yellow means slower

In some areas, your bike will automatically slow down to comply with local laws. These are slow zones and are marked in yellow on your map.

No parking areas

Some areas are marked in red on your map. This means you can't end your rental there. Check your map before you start your trip to find a parking spot.

Show off those parking skills

We will ask you to take a photo of your parked eBike before ending your rental. It’s quick and easy! We’ll take you through every step. Make sure that your bike is in a designated parking zone and that it doesn’t block sidewalks, bike lanes or driveways.
