The referral offer is valid for all drivers in Athens and Thessaloniki only. It is important to note that in order to participate in this promotion it is essential that you have agreed to receive promotional communications from FREENOW. This requirement is part of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force since 25 May 2018, in order to participate in our promotions.

- A new taxi driver can be referred only once by another taxi driver. The first taxi driver to refer another taxi driver will be the beneficiary of the reward
- You can refer a maximum of 4 new drivers
- If you refer a taxi driver who fails to reach the targets, you will not be able to claim the bonus.
- This programme is only available for existing Greece FREENOW drivers in Athens and Thessaloniki.
- Bonus payment:
- You will receive your referral bonus by February 4th in the normal payment run if the ride target is met within the given time.
- Your €50 referral bonus is only payable if the referred driver is new to the FREENOW app, registers until January 15th & completes 30 rides within 14 days of registration. They can earn an additional €50 by completing 30 more trips in the following 14 days.
- All successfully completed FREENOW trips are counted
- Trips made with a false passenger profile will not be counted.
- A FREENOW trip is considered to have been successfully completed if a journey of at least one kilometre is completed.
- The offer is valid until December 31st 2024.

The organiser of the programme is FREENOW Hellas Single Member S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "FREENOW")
FREENOW reserves the right to regulate the promotional programme at any time and to terminate participation if it detects fraudulent conduct.
Amendments to the terms of participationAmendments to the terms of participation
FREENOW reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions of Participation, provided that this is not detrimental to the participant. Any amendments or supplements to the bonus system or any process described in the promotional programme documentation will be publicised in the media (e.g. on the FREENOW communication). Any amendments or supplements to the Terms and Conditions of Participation will be disclosed to the participant with a written notice. Any amendment or supplementation of the Terms and Conditions of Participation shall be deemed to have been approved if the participant does not expressly object in writing within two months of being notified of the amendment or supplementation. If the participant objects to the amendment or supplementation, he may terminate his participation.

FREENOW may amend these Terms and Conditions of Participation if the present terms and conditions contain gaps (need to be completed) or if subsequent factual or legal interferences occur that substantially limit or make impossible the purpose of the promotional programme.
This promotional programme is governed by Greek law. If the participant is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or does not have general jurisdiction in Greece, it will be the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The legally binding jurisdiction remains unaffected.
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Business is invalid, unenforceable or contains loopholes, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provisions, or to fill the information gap, a provision shall apply that reflects the economic purpose of these terms and conditions as closely as possible.
