Passengers rate their trips based on a few things, like the route you take, the cleanliness and comfort of your car, and your service. Checking your ratings is a great way to know if passengers are getting a good trip experience.
How it works
1. At the end of each trip your passenger has the option to give their rating and leave comments if they want.
2. Your average score is based on ratings from the previous 100 trips.
3. You can see your rating by tapping on the ‘Statistics’ section in the app and choose your time frame: the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
