Passenger Prebooking Fee:

• A prebooking fee of €1.20 will be charged to the passenger for every ride and will be added to the total tour value.
• The receipt issued by the taxi driver must include a record of the prebooking fee.

Passenger Prebooking Fee for Client Travel Service:

• For each ride (excluding rides starting from Piraeus port arrivals), a prebooking fee up to €5.65 will be charged to the passenger. The driver adds the aforementioned fee to the total tour value.
• For rides starting from Piraeus port arrivals, a prebooking fee of €5.65 will be charged to the passenger. The driver adds the aforementioned fee to the total tour value.

Maximum Tour Value:

• The maximum tour value that can be paid through the app (credit/debit card, Google pay, Apple pay, Paypal) is €220.00.
• For cash payments, the maximum tour value is €499.99.

Note: Each ride must be paid by the passenger using only one selected payment method, either cash or through the app. Combining payment methods is not allowed.

Taxi Driver Fee Policies:

• The company commission on the gross tour value is 15.00% (12.10% + VAT).
• The company does not retain a commission on the driver's tips.
• The company does not retain a commission on the toll charges.

• For tours where the passenger pays through the app (credit/debit card, Google pay, Apple pay, Paypal), a bank transaction fee of €0.00 will be charged to the driver.
• For the weekly payment transferred to the driver's account, a bank transfer fee of €0.00 will be applied.
