HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the app and tap the car symbol next to ‘Enter your destination’
2. Tell us where you're going
4. Choose time & date
3. Select a way to travel, then tap 'Prebook'
Done! You can save it to your calendar or edit details in the app.
If you already started booking, tap 'Later' to prebook instead.

OUR AIRPORT PREBOOK PROMISE

Your time is precious, and we get it. So when you prebook a ride to the airport, you can rely on the fact that we’ll do everything we can to find you a driver to pick you up on time.

How it works

1. Prebook your trip with confidence to one of these 3 airports: Madrid, Barcelona or Valencia.

2. Relax while we find your driver.

What happens if your taxi is late?

It doesn’t happen often, but if you’re picked up over 10 minutes late you’ll get a €15 voucher. If your trip is cancelled for technical reasons, you’ll get two €20 vouchers to use with FREENOW.

We’ll automatically add any vouchers to your FREENOW account, hassle-free.
