Let us know where to pick you up, where you’re going, and when you need to get there. You can prebook a trip up to 90 days in advance.

Double check your trip info, make changes if needed, then confirm your prebook.

That’s it! To find a recap of your prebook, tap on the ‘Bookings’ button on the home screen.

Get ready to meet your driver at the scheduled pickup time. If they arrive early, they’ll wait for you. Have a safe trip!

You can now update the date, time, pick-up and drop-off of your prebook, provided a driver hasn't been assigned yet.

We start searching for a driver 35 minutes before your pickup time. As soon as a driver is on their way to you, we send you their details.

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 60 minutes before the scheduled time.

However, a cancellation fee of €10 will be applicable if you cancel within 60 minutes of the scheduled time.
