Cancellation Fee

If you ever need to cancel a taxi ride, you can do so quickly through our app.

If you decide to cancel after we have assigned a driver to your trip, the app will apply a cancellation fee. This depends on the time elapsed and other factors, such as whether the taxi driver is en route, for example. The app will always inform you of this fee before you complete the cancellation.

Service Fee

The "service fee" is a fixed charge of an additional €0.80 that is added for each completed taxi journey through the FREENOW app, as long as the journey is paid for through the app and not with a corporate account, nor by selecting the option of direct payment to the driver. The "service fee" will be €2.20 in the case of advance bookings and will only apply when users request or schedule a taxi up to 4 days (96 hours) in advance. This fee is collected by FREENOW as a provider of information society services for its intermediation service and is entirely independent of the taxi service fare. This charge excludes tips, tolls, taxes, and airport surcharges. Furthermore, this charge is separate from other fees.
