If your pickup is delayed, we’ll make it up to you with up to €40 in vouchers.

2. Relax while we find your driver.

What happens if your taxi is late?

If your driver is over 10 minutes late, we’ll automatically add €15 to your FREENOW account. If your trip is cancelled for technical reasons, we’ll add two €20 vouchers.

Vouchers can be used within one month on taxi trips.
