Digital Services Act ("DSA")

FREENOW ist unter dem Digital Services Act (“DSA”) als Online-Plattform zu bewerten und unterliegt daher den Bestimmungen von Abschnitt 3 des DSA.

Nach der Berechnung der durchschnittlichen monatlichen aktiven Empfänger unserer Dienste in Übereinstimmung mit Artikel 24 des DSA sind wir zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass die durchschnittliche Anzahl der monatlichen Empfänger unserer Dienste unter dem Schwellenwert von 45 Millionen liegt. Aus diesem Grund wird FREE NOW für die Zwecke des DSA nicht als eine sehr große Online-Plattform angesehen.

FREENOW is considered an online platform for purposes of the Digital Services Act (“DSA”) and therefore subject to the dispositions of Section 3. 

After calculating the average monthly active recipients of our services in compliance with article 24 of the DSA, we concluded that the average number of monthly recipients of our services was below the 45 million threshold, the reason why FREE NOW is not considered a very large online platform for purposes of the DSA.
