Your benefit with the Freenow for Business Account: When you book business taxi and ride trips through Freenow, your digital invoice is automatically transferred to Concur Expense, the PwC tool for your travel expense management.

If you are interested in using Freenow for Business, upon submitting the consent form (see right), you will receive an invitation to register for the Freenow for Business Account by PwC via email.

  1. Fill in the form on this website.
  2. Download the Freenow app (if you don't have it already).
  3. Create or connect an account through the welcome email you will receive after filling out the form on this website.
  4. Provide your credit card information, mark the card as business and connect it to the business account.
  5. Connect the Freenow app to you Concur account.
