Your time is precious, and we get it. So when you prebook a ride to the airport, you can rely on the fact that we’ll do everything we can to find you a driver to pick you up on time.

If your pickup is delayed, we’ll make it up to you with up to €60 in vouchers.

How it works:

1. Prebook your trip with confidence to one of these airports: Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Cologne/Bonn or Stuttgart.

2. Relax while we find your driver.

What happens if your taxi is late?

If your driver is over 10 minutes late, we’ll automatically add 2 x €10 to your FREENOW account. If your trip is cancelled for technical reasons, we’ll add two €30 vouchers.

Vouchers can be used within one month on taxi trips.
