HOW TO COMPLETE A TRIP

  • BEFORE YOU ACCEPT

    Before accepting a trip, you get the passenger’s pickup point, destination, and any message they’ve sent you about the trip.
  • GETTING FROM A TO B

    We’ve got our own built-in navigation with the best routes and live updates so you don’t need to leave the app. Waze is also available in the app, if you prefer.
  • PASSENGER IS ON BOARD

    Confirm your passenger’s name and destination before you set off. If you don’t see them or if there’s an issue, send them a quick message in the app or give them a call.
  • TAKING PAYMENT

    There are different ways a passenger can pay, and if they need to change their payment method during the trip, no problem. They can do that easily in the app.
  • RATE YOUR PASSENGER

    Passengers can rate drivers and we think it’s only fair that it works both ways. At the end of a trip you automatically get the option to rate your passenger.

GETTING PAID

It couldn’t be easier. Receive weekly payments into your bank account and get a statement emailed to you with a general summary and a detailed breakdown of your earnings for each job.

You can work as many hours as you want with FREENOW, but it’s important to put the safety of you and your passengers first. Your wellbeing, on and off the road, is a top priority.

PASSENGER LEFT SOMETHING IN YOUR CAR?

Dealing with lost property is a straightforward, automatic process, so you can spend less time on that and more time driving and earning.

If the passenger reports the lost item you’ll get an instant notification letting you know what to do.

WAITING FOR PASSENGERS

We’ve got designated waiting areas at the airports we operate in. Once you’ve accepted a job, your passenger will get walking directions to that area so they can find you quickly and easily.

PLAN AHEAD WITH PREBOOKED JOBS

The prebook feature in the app lets passengers book their trips up to 90 days in advance. This is a popular choice for passengers going to the airport so they can count on getting there on time.
